U.S. Court in Illinois Holds Dental Management Firm Must Face Pixel Tracking Lawsuit

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois refused September 9 to dismiss a putative class action alleging Aspen Dental Management embedded tracking pixels on its website that collected and transmitted patients’ personally identifiable and protected health information to third parties like Google and Meta.
