New Public Portal Opens for Reporting Health Care Anticompetitive Practices

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) jointly launched a new online portal, HealthyCompetition.gov, for the public to report potentially anticompetitive health care practices.
