Medicare Payments for Hospital Outpatient Services to Increase Proposed 2.6% in 2025

Medicare payments under the hospital outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS) would increase by $5.2 billion to roughly $88.2 billion in 2025, according to a proposed rule that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued July 10.
