Biotech Company to Pay $4.5 Million to NY, NJ, and CT over Data Breach

Biotech firm Enzo Biochem, Inc. will pay $4.5 million to three states following an April 2023 cyberattack that compromised the personal and private information of roughly 2.4 million patients, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced August 13.
