Tenth Circuit Says Parts of Oklahoma PBM Law Preempted

Four provisions of an Oklahoma law regulating pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) are preempted by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), the Tenth Circuit said August 15.
