DOJ, FTC Extend Comment Period for Serial Acquisitions Query

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) extended by 60 days until September 20 the comment period for a joint Request for Information (RFI) on serial acquisitions that may consolidate markets and potentially harm competition.
