AHLA Adds Pronoun Field to Staff Email Signatures and Member Directory in Support of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives

AHLA adds the ability for staff to include pronouns as part of their signature lines and for members as part of their member directory profile.
“It may seem like a small addition,” comments Stefan R. Bradham, AHLA’s Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and Chair of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility staff committee. “But it’s about allowing everyone to show up as their authentic self and normalizing the discussion on gender, which can be incredibly impactful.”
AHLA will kick off a campaign for members to update their demographic profile, allowing AHLA to collect more data to benchmark its diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while putting this new pronoun field into practice.
