AHLA Announces New Member Benefit in Partnership with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution

AHLA announces a new member benefit in partnership with Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, an educational leader in mediation training. This partnership will provide AHLA members a discounted rate on their Mediating the Litigated Case, a highly acclaimed mediation training program. This 40-hour course, available both in-person and online, fulfills the training requirement for AHLA’s roster of neutrals.
“This partnership gives AHLA members a leg up in obtaining top-quality mediation training,” comments Geoff Drucker, AHLA’s Senior Director of Dispute Resolution Service (DRS). “Members who complete this program and AHLA’s health care arbitration training can leverage their health law expertise to resolve difficult cases and help the industry stay focused on promoting wellness and treating patients.”
