First Reflections—A Time of Transition

As I write this, it is just over a week from the start of AHLA’s In-House Counsel Program and Annual Meeting in San Francisco. Each year in late June, health law professionals from across the country gather in a flagship city to learn from their peers about the latest legislative, regulatory, and case law updates in all aspects of health law. We also enjoy visiting with longtime colleagues and friends and meeting new ones. As this year’s meeting takes place in San Francisco, we will be joined by a considerable number of health law colleagues from the west coast, including from Hawaii and Alaska. I look forward to connecting with these west coast colleagues and know that hearing their diverse experiences and insights will enrich the learning environment.
