On August 31, 2022, the state of Florida and the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) (collectively Plaintiffs) filed an Amended Complaint[1] in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert M. Califf, in his official capacity as FDA Commissioner, and Xavier Becerra, in his official capacity as HHS Secretary, (collectively Defendants).
