Intervention Not Required for FCA Dismissal, Government Tells Supreme Court

The False Claims Act (FCA) does not require intervention as a prerequisite to government dismissal of a qui tam suit, U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth B. Prelogar told the Supreme Court in a brief submitted October 17.
