U.S. Court in DC Won’t Block DOGE Access to Data Held by Labor, HHS, CFPB

A federal judge in the District of Columbia refused February 14 to issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) to several unions and other groups challenging the Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE’s) access to “highly-sensitive information systems” maintained by the Department of Labor, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
