FDA to Launch Pilot Program Aimed at Speeding Development, Access to Medical Devices

Starting January 1, 2023, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will start accepting applications from medical device sponsors to participate in the first phase of the new, voluntary Total Product Life Cycle Advisory Program, or TAP, Pilot, according to a Federal Register notice (87 Fed. Reg. 61605).
