CMS Proposes Revisions to Medicare DSH Regulations for Section 1115 Demo Days

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule in the February 28 Federal Register (88 Fed. Reg. 12623) to spell out when days associated with Section 1115 demonstrations are counted in the Medicare disproportionate share hospital (DSH) calculation.
