U.S. Court in DC Upholds No Surprises Act Qualified Payment Amount Methodology for Air Ambulances

A federal court in the District of Columbia rejected a bid by air ambulances to upend regulations for determining the qualified payment amount (QPA) under the No Surprises Act, which bans surprise billing for emergency services, as well as for certain non-emergency care provided by out-of-network providers at in-network facilities.
