The Stark Law Toolkit aggregates the federal physician self-referral law (or “Stark Law”) statutory text, regulatory text, all the significant rulemaking from 1992 to the publication date of the Toolkit (including questions and CMS commentary), Stark Law advisory opinions, and Stark Law FAQs.
The Toolkit also includes an index covering CMS commentary on all Stark Law exceptions and fundamental terminology (e.g., “fair market value”). The index provides citations to every substantive discussion of the applicable exception or fundamental term across all applicable Federal Register issuances.
