AHLA Dispute Resolution Service Council Revises Commercial Arbitration Rules

Effective September 1, 2023, the American Health Law Association (AHLA) has newly revised Commercial Arbitration Rules.1 The effort was led by Geoff Drucker, Sr. Director of the Dispute Resolution Service, along with a Dispute Resolution Service Council Rules Committee consisting of Gary Qualls, Chair, Chris Sabis, Hon. Joel Richlin, and Ed Brooks. The first meeting of the Rules Committee was on September 16, 2022, and the Committee met over 20 times thereafter to complete this significant project.
