Administration Unveils Final Rule Extending ACA Health Care Coverage to DACA Recipients

Starting in November, more than 100,000 previously uninsured Americans who came to this country as children may be able to obtain health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplaces or the Basic Health Program, under a final rule issued May 3 by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
