OCR Launches Investigation into Medical School’s DEI Practices

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced March 27 that it has initiated an investigation of a medical school in California to determine whether its admissions policies discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
