U.S. Court in Minnesota Dismisses ERISA Action Against UnitedHealth Group over “Cross-Plan Offsetting”

The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota dismissed May 4 a proposed class action against UnitedHealth Group alleging its practice of “cross-plan offsetting” violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
