Ninth Circuit Overturns Sutter Health Win in Antitrust Action

The Ninth Circuit reversed June 4 a federal jury’s unanimous verdict in favor of Sutter Health in the long-running action alleging the California-based health system’s “all-or-nothing” policy for contracting with health plans violated the antitrust laws.
