Ohio AG Files Antitrust Action Against PBMs over Inflated Drug Prices

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is suing pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) including Express Scripts for allegedly creating “a complex ‘pay to play’ rebate system” that pushes manufacturers to increase drug prices to the detriment of pharmacies, employers, and consumers.
