Senate Panel Advances Bill Requiring PBM Reporting to FTC

The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee passed by a 18-9 vote a measure (S. 127) aimed at stepping up the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC's) oversight of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) as part of ongoing efforts to combat rising drug prices.
