U.S. Court in Florida Finds No Jurisdiction over COVID-Related Negligence Claims Against Nursing Home

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida remanded to state court July 11 negligence claims against a nursing home, finding the claims did not fall under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act).
