Proposed Rule Would Expand Nondiscrimination Protections in HHS-Funded Programs and Services

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights issued this week a proposed rule (88 Fed. Reg. 44750) aimed at ensuring nondiscrimination protections for the LGBTQI+ community extend to HHS-funded grants programs.
