FTC Warns PBMs Not to Rely on Old Statements Opposing Transparency

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) July 20 issued a statement cautioning against reliance on prior advocacy statements and studies related to pharmacy benefit mangers (PBMs) that the agency said “no longer reflect current market realities.”
