U.S. Court in Michigan Dismisses Whistleblower Action Alleging Pharmacy Resold Discounted Drugs

A relator’s failure to identify with particularity any actual false claims submitted to the government for payment was fatal to his whistleblower action against a pharmacy that he alleged obtained drugs at a discount under federal programs and resold them for a profit online, a federal court in Michigan held September 6.
