DOJ Seeks Dismissal of Criminal Antitrust Action Against Providers over “No Poach” Agreements

The Department of Justice (DOJ) asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas to dismiss pending criminal charges against Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC and related entity SCAI Holdings, LLC (collectively, SCA) for conspiring with rivals not to solicit or hire each other’s employees.
