OMB Clears DOL Measure Rescinding 2018 Association Health Plan Rule

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has cleared the Department of Labor (DOL’s) proposal to formally rescind a 2018 final rule expanding access to Association Health Plans (AHPs) that a federal court previously vacated as a clear “end run” around the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
