Nursing Homes See Payment Boost in FY 2024 PPS Proposed Rule

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule April 4 that would update fiscal year (FY) 2024 Medicare payment for skilled nursing facilities under the Skilled Nursing Facility Prospective Payment System (SNF PPS) by an aggregate 3.7%, or approximately $1.2 billion.
