Eighth Circuit Says Suit Properly Dismissed Pursuant to Younger Abstention

The Eighth Circuit held May 22 that a district court properly dismissed a physician’s suit to halt ongoing disciplinary proceedings against him, finding the federal court must abstain under Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971).
