The Fourth Circuit upheld January 17 summary judgment for a home health agency that fired a clinical manager with chronic knee arthritis who refused to perform direct patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic in an action alleging failure to accommodate, discrimination, and retaliation claims under the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
