Administration Drops No Surprises Act Dispute Resolution Fees After Court Nixes Seven-Fold Increase

Fees to use the federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) process to resolve payment disputes between providers and payers under the No Surprises Act are reverting to $50 from the $350 that had been in effect since January, according to recent guidance.
