Pennsylvania Appeals Court Rejects Failure to Warn Claim Against Mental Health Providers

A mental health provider and one of its physicians did not have a duty to warn a third party of a patient’s violent tendencies, the Pennsylvania Superior Court held in affirming a lower court decision dismissing the action.
