When you get a salad from the hospital cafeteria to eat at your desk between meetings, the last thing on your mind is making sure necessary traceability records are being maintained for the feta cheese. However, the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Food Traceability Final Rule (Final Rule)[1] may change that.
