Agencies to Seek Further Comments on No Surprises Act Dispute Resolution Proposed Rule

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, the Treasury, and the Office of Personnel Management, is reopening the comment period on a proposed rule (88 Fed. Reg. 75744) aimed at streamlining the federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) process under the No Surprises Act (NSA).
