Fifth Circuit Stays for Now Ruling Nixing ACA Preventative Services Coverage Requirements

The Fifth Circuit issued May 15 an administrative stay on a decision that vacated nationwide certain preventative services coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), including cancer and diabetes screenings and the so-called PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) mandate for drugs to prevent HIV.
