U.S. Court in California Again Refuses to Nix Data Sharing Class Action Against Online Counseling Platform

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California refused October 15 to dismiss an amended class action complaint alleging online counseling service BetterHelp, Inc. improperly shared customers’ sensitive data, including mental health information, with advertisers.
