US Anesthesia Partners to Divest Hospital Contracts, End Non-Competes Under Colorado Antitrust Settlement

U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Inc. (USAP) will pay $200,000, divest its exclusive contracts with five hospitals in the Denver area, and end its use of non-compete agreements within 18 months to resolve allegations it violated Colorado’s antitrust law, the state’s Attorney General (AG) Phil Weiser announced February 27.
