Proposed Rule Looks to Ease No Surprises Act Dispute Backlog

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, the Treasury, and the Office of Personnel Management, released October 27 a proposed rule (88 Fed. Reg. 75744) aimed at streamlining the federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) process under the No Surprises Act (NSA).
