HHS Says Supreme Court Should Uphold ACA Preventative Services Task Force Structure

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a Fifth Circuit decision finding the structure of the United States Preventative Services Task Force (PSTF), which issues Affordable Care Act (ACA) preventative services coverage recommendations, is unconstitutional because it violates the Appointments Clause.
