Dearborn Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. in Michigan agreed to ensure effective communication with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing under a voluntary resolution agreement reached with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan.
