DOL Rescinds 2018 Association Health Plan Rule

The Department of Labor (DOL) has rescinded (89 Fed. Reg. 34106) a 2018 final rule expanding access to Association Health Plans (AHPs) that a federal court largely vacated as a clear “end run” around the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
