Continuing Education

AHLA applies for Continuing Education Credits (CLE, CCB, and CPE) for all of our conferences. Participants will be able to receive credits for sessions they attend virtually and watch on demand.

CLE: The maximum number of credits available for the live sessions is 6.3 for a 60-minute state and 7.5 for a 50-minute state. Please note that the actual number of credits may vary from state to state.

CPE: AHLA is a registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. AHLA is seeking CPE credits. The maximum number of credits available is 8.0.

CCB: AHLA will be applying for the Compliance Certification Board for LIVE CCB Continuing Education Units.

Please Note: We are now working with ABA CLE for our CLE accreditation needs. Those who log into sessions virtually will received a personalized CLE affidavit from [email protected] following the conference. All inquiries should be directed to [email protected].

RECORDED ON DEMAND CREDITS: Attendees of the virtual conference can also earn additional credits for sessions you watch on demand. Recordings of the presentations are posted online about one week after the conference ends. Credits can be earned for sessions you watch on demand. If you have already earned the credits for the virtual session, you may not then earn additional credits by watching that session on demand. You can only earn credit for the session once.

CLE: The maximum number of credits available for ON DEMAND is 6.3 for a 60-minute state and 7.5 for a 50-minute state. Please note that the actual number of credits may vary from state to state.

CPE: On demand credits are not available.

CCB:  AHLA will be applying for the Compliance Certification Board for NON LIVE CCB Continuing Education Units.
