Endo Reaches $465 Million Bankruptcy Deal with Federal Government to Resolve Opioid-Related Claims

Endo Health Solutions Inc. (EHSI) would pay up to $464.9 million over ten years under a bankruptcy deal with the federal government to satisfy separate criminal and civil settlements over its sales and marketing practices for its opioid drug Opana ER with INTAC, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced February 29.
