The U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York largely refused to dismiss the federal government’s False Claims Act (FCA) lawsuit alleging Independent Health Corp. and related entities submitted unsupported diagnosis codes to inflate reimbursement from the Medicare Advantage (MA) program.
