U.S. Court in Georgia Enters $10 Million Default Judgment Against Home Health Care Provider in FCA Action

A federal court ordered Elite Healthcare Enterprises, Inc. and its owner, Diandra Bankhead, to pay a more than $10 million default judgment in a False Claims Act (FCA) lawsuit alleging the home health care provider defrauded Georgia’s Medicaid program.
