Please Note: We are now working with ABA CLE for our CLE accreditation needs. Those who scan in and out of the conference each day will receive a personalized CLE affidavit from [email protected] following the conference. All inquiries should be directed to [email protected].

CPE: AHLA is a registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. RECORDED ON DEMAND CREDITS: You can also earn additional credits for sessions you watch on demand. We will also be posting recordings of the presentation from the in-person program. Credits can be earned for sessions you watch on demand. If you have already earned the credits for the in-person session, you may not then earn additional credits by watching that session on demand. You can only earn credit for the session once.

CPE: On demand credits are not available.

CCB:  The Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® has approved this event for up to 55.2 NON LIVE CCB CEUs based on a 50-minute hour. Continuing Education Units are awarded based on individual attendance records. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by CCB of this event content or of the event sponsor.

This conference is designed to address emerging regulatory trends, recent case law and legislative developments, and how they will affect legal and compliance practices in health care. Those seeking accounting credits should be familiar with the basic concepts of law and terminology associated with this area in order to obtain the full educational benefit of this conference. Introductory remarks, breaks, and receptions are not included in the computation of credit hours. The sessions, unless otherwise designated, are intermediate to advanced in level.
