Volunteer Resources and Policies 

• Diversity+Inclusion Toolkit for Leadership Groups – This toolkit is designed for the Early Career Professionals Council, Practice Groups, Conference Planning Committees, and the Women's Leadership Council. It includes a checklist to help identify and track efforts used to find diverse candidates for volunteer opportunities, such as authors and presenters. A sample assessment is also provided in the toolkit.

  • D+I Assessment Submission Form (Online) – ECPC, PG, PPC, and WLC leaders can submit the formal assessment using this form. Assessments are due June (after the program/fiscal year)

• Leaders’ Responsibilities as Community Ambassadors – As an AHLA leader, members look to you for guidance. Your active presence in AHLA’s online Communities inspires and motivates other members to engage more, creating a vibrant and interactive community. It strengthens the community, promoting a more dynamic, supportive, and cohesive environment. Use this resource as your guide to fulfilling your responsibilities as a Community Ambassador.
